My doctor sent me to an endocrinologist who changed it to only metphormin because I have congenital heart disease and actos can cause heart failure. He added Trulicity and Invokana. In 3 months I have lost 35lbs and I feel fantastic. Other than frequent upset stomach, especially if I eat ANY sugar. My blood sugars are phenomenal now. My weight has gone from 204 to 169. I am limited to no exercise above a walk because of my current heart issues until they are repaired, imagine if I could do more!!
