I’ve been measuring my food intake and excersing cardio and weights and walks everyday, The weight is coming off and my BMI is dropping too! I’m hoping to keep sticking to this way of life, I eliminated the pasta and sugars and added veggies and fruit I feel so energized! I feel like this is going to be the best thing for me. I go back in April to see my doctor I’m excited to see how much weight comes off by then.
