My dr suggested since Metformin since I’m borderline for Pre Diabetes she said take 500mg cut in half for the first 3 weeks then go to the whole pill. I’m not a great breakfast eater, I usually have coffee then later at lunch Ill eat something like Sargento cheese snacks , or fruit sometimes a protein shake. so my large meal is at dinner . I’m wondering will I get the side effects if I’m using it in the evening? Since my body will be adjusting to it?
